Starting an AGM without quorum wastes everyone's time — and decisions made without it may not stand. This calculator checks whether you have enough leaseholders present or represented against the threshold in your articles (usually 50% of voting rights).

How to count quorum

Count each flat or unit that is present in person or represented by proxy. Check your articles of association for the exact threshold — 50% is common for private company AGMs, but some leases and articles require higher.
