More than 100 residents, or several buildings.
A limited company gives its Companies House number. A property factor, managing agent, or self-employed manager can give a VAT number if they have one — it is not required for every business — or another detail we can check. We confirm the business before we invoice. Ticking a box is not that confirmation.
The business pays — a UK limited company (including an RMC or RTM company), a property factor, a managing agent, or a self-employed property manager. Residents are not charged, and a private individual cannot take a plan for personal use.
No. Send a request and we invoice the business. There is no card payment on this page.
The product is the same. The price follows how many residents the building has. Above 100 residents, or for several buildings, ask for a quote.
Yes. Small Building is £240 a year instead of £288. Large Building is £490 a year instead of £588.
